Principles
Built to be quiet.
An auto-responder should feel like a helpful reply, not a marketing funnel. These are the rules we hold ourselves to.
Only when you ask
We never message anyone who hasn't commented on or messaged our own posts. No bulk messages, no promotions, no follow-ups you didn't trigger.
Minimal data
We keep the comment ID, your Instagram-scoped ID and whether the guide was delivered. That's it. Follow status is read at the tap and never stored.
Gone in 30 days
Every record deletes itself after 30 days. Want it sooner? DM us "data deletion" and it's done. How deletion works
Official API only
Everything runs on Meta's Instagram Platform API with permissions granted by the account owner. No scraping, no shared logins.
