이 서비스는 운영자가 운영하는 인스타그램 계정들(@prompt.notes, @how.we.live.kr 등)에 댓글을 남기거나 디엠으로 자료를 요청한 분께, 요청한 자료 링크를 인스타그램 디엠으로 보내 드리는 자동 응답입니다. 인스타그램의 공식 API(Meta Instagram Platform)만 사용합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보

위 정보 외에 이름·연락처·위치·사진 등은 받지 않습니다. 광고·판매·제3자 제공에 쓰지 않습니다.
2. 처리를 맡기는 곳
- Meta Platforms(인스타그램): 디엠 발송, 댓글·팔로우 여부 조회
- Vercel Inc.: 웹훅 서버 운영
- Upstash Inc.: 위 1번 정보의 임시 저장
3. 삭제 요청
저장된 정보를 지우고 싶으시면 데이터 삭제 안내대로 요청해 주세요. 받은 날로부터 7일 안에 지우고 결과를 알려 드립니다. 운영자 계정에 남긴 댓글은 인스타그램 앱에서 직접 지우실 수 있습니다.
4. 바뀌는 경우
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 알립니다.

This service automatically sends a requested resource link via Instagram Direct Message to people who comment on, or message, the operator's own Instagram professional accounts (e.g. @prompt.notes, @how.we.live.kr). It uses only the official Meta Instagram Platform API.
Data we process
- Comment ID, comment text, Instagram-scoped user ID and username of the commenter: to check the request keyword and avoid sending twice. Kept 30 days.
- Whether you tapped the button or replied in the DM: to deliver the resource. Kept 30 days.
- Whether you follow the operator's account (yes/no), read from the Instagram API at the moment you tap the button. Not stored.
- Processing log (time, media ID, result): for troubleshooting. Only the latest 2,000 entries are kept.
We do not collect any other personal data, and we do not sell, share or use data for advertising.

Meta Platforms (Instagram messaging and comments), Vercel Inc. (webhook hosting), Upstash Inc. (temporary storage).
Deletion
See Data Deletion Instructions. We delete your data within 7 days of your request.
